The President's Prize (Preis der Präsidentin) is an individual strokeplay competition played over 18 holes in Stableford format with handicap allowance. Open to all amateur golfers with a Handicap Index (HCPI) of up to 54. Men play from the yellow tees and women from the red tees. The event typically starts around 08:30-10:00 with the first flight beginning at 08:30. The entry fee is €30 for adults, €15 for juniors, and €5 with halfway refreshment. The event is followed by an evening event with live music and menu, where adults pay €60 and juniors €40. This is one of the club's most popular tournaments with the highest number of participants in the year. Net prizes are awarded in four classes determined by the tournament committee based on entries, with a gross prize for men and women, and two net prizes per class. Special prizes include Nearest to the Pin (men and women combined) and Longest Drive (men and women separately). The event is handicap-relevant and played under official DGV rules and the club's course rules.

Krefelder Golf Club e.V. is a traditional German golf course founded in 1930, located in Krefeld at Eltweg 2. The club is recognized nationally and internationally as one of Germany's most beautiful parkland courses. The layout features 18 holes with widespread fairways, distinctive trees, and challenging hole designs that accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The course includes both summer and winter greens, with holes 1-11 available for winter play. Notable holes include routing through scenic terrain, with particular emphasis on holes 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, and 17 which feature designated pathways for player navigation. The course is maintained to championship standards with professional greenkeeping, and green speeds are regularly measured using stimpmeter technology. The club offers a driving range facility and welcomes trolleys and pull carts. A full range of tournaments and competitions are organized throughout the year, including traditional events, age-group competitions, and inclusive golf tournaments, supported by professional instruction from certified PGA professionals.
