A mixed 4-person Texas Scramble competition held as part of Lingdale Golf Club's Festival Week on Wednesday 26th August 2026. The event is open to visitors and members. Entry fee is £30.00 for visitors and £20.00 for members. Players must hold a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies), or be able to play to an equivalent standard if without a handicap. Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. Tee time is 08:35 with play continuing until 15:35. Online booking is available via the club's BRS Golf booking system.

Lingdale Golf Club is situated in the picturesque surroundings of Charnwood Forest in North West Leicestershire, offering spectacular views and stunning scenery that many describe as the best golf course setting in the county. The course challenges golfers of all abilities across its layout. Notably, the course has received distinguished praise from prominent figures in golf: Peter Aliss described it as a "hidden gem within the Midlands," while Tony Jacklin, the winning Ryder Cup Captain who visited in 1989, commented that it features "probably the toughest opening three holes in the Midlands." The course is easily accessible from Loughborough and Leicester, located only 10 minutes from either junction 22 or 23 of the M1 motorway.
