Lingdale Golf Club is situated in the picturesque surroundings of Charnwood Forest in North West Leicestershire, offering spectacular views and stunning scenery that many describe as the best golf course setting in the county. The course challenges golfers of all abilities across its layout. Notably, the course has received distinguished praise from prominent figures in golf: Peter Aliss described it as a "hidden gem within the Midlands," while Tony Jacklin, the winning Ryder Cup Captain who visited in 1989, commented that it features "probably the toughest opening three holes in the Midlands."
