Ladies Open: Scary Scramble

Ladies' Texas Scramble (medal) open competition for teams of three, with a 10:00am shotgun start from the Red tees (alternate tees, 10th a par 3; Course Rating 72.3, Slope 128). Entry is £10 for members and £15 for visitors, with a guaranteed visitors' prize. Handicap Index limit is 40.0; players with a higher index may enter but their playing handicap is capped at the maximum. Handicap allowance is 30%, 20% and 10% from the lowest to highest handicap in the team. Each player must take a minimum of four tee shots. Ball placement rules: on the putting green place within 6 inches (no nearer the hole); in the general area cut to fairway height or less place within 12 inches (no nearer); elsewhere in the general area, penalty areas and bunkers drop within one club length (no nearer). Halloween-themed fancy dress is optional, with a Best Fancy Dress Team prize. Prizes are subject to all team players holding a valid current Handicap Index and having submitted at least six Acceptable Scores (including three in competition play) in the prior 12 months.
