Final Half Open Competition

The Final Half Open Competition is the last open competition of 2026 at Kawaguchi City Ukima Golf Course, held on Friday 25 December 2026. It is a 9-hole half-round open competition on the Sazanoka course, with a field of up to 180 players. On the day the course operates for the open competition 9-hole play only; no additional 18-hole play or non-competition bookings are accepted. Scoring is by the New Perya (hidden-hole handicap) system, with prizes for the top 10 finishers, milestone position prizes (20th, 30th, up to 100th), a best gross prize, and a booby prize. Entries are taken by phone on 048-253-1883 from 8:30am on Sunday 25 October 2026, on a first-come basis. In addition to the competition prizes and a participation souvenir, the event includes a one-on challenge and a raffle. This is the year-end 'uchi-nasume' (final round of the season) event.
