Sunday Half Open Competition

A half (9-hole) open competition held on the Sazanaka course at Kawaguchi City Ukima Golf Course. The event is open to the public and any player can enter; scores are compiled using the new Perial (modified stableford) method, where a hidden handicap hole determines the handicap applied, giving every entrant a chance to finish near the top. Prizes are awarded to the top 10 finishers plus milestone positions (20th, 30th, up to 100th), along with best gross and last-place (booby) prizes. Entry is by phone (TEL 048-253-1883); bookings for this date open on 20 October 2026, with reservations accepted from two months before the event date. Check availability and details by phone.
