Adult Greensomes competition at Royal North Devon Golf Club on Tuesday 17th August 2027. Open to men and ladies. Greensomes format with yellow tees for men and red tees for ladies. Entry fee is £60.00 per team for visitors. Members can enter for £5.00 or £35.00 (optional). Players must hold a CONGU handicap with maximum playing handicap of 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Entries must be made online via the club website requiring a CDH ID number, or by PDF form from the club office. Entries close at closing time on the competition date. A minimum number of entries policy applies. Withdrawals must be communicated at least 72 hours before the competition to avoid forfeiting the entry fee.

Royal North Devon Golf Club is England's oldest golf course, designed by Old Tom Morris in 1864. Located on 170 acres of Northam Burrows common land near Westward Ho! in Devon, the course offers authentic links golf with distinctive characteristics shaped by its coastal setting. The layout features challenging holes defined by huge dunes interspersed with flat fairways and vast bunkers, creating varied terrain across 650 acres of common land. The course gained its "Royal" designation in 1867 when the Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII, became patron. Known for its unique and demanding character, particularly in windy conditions, Royal North Devon presents a stern test despite being described as surprisingly forgiving. The conditioning is consistently excellent, with greens maintained to championship standards. Notable views extend toward the Bristol Channel and Lundy Island. The club maintains its historical significance while offering modern facilities and welcoming both members and visitors. The course's distinctive combination of natural landscape features and strategic bunkering creates holes that are unlike those found at most other courses.
