A weekly individual stableford competition held every Friday at Gripsholms Golfklubb, running from April through September (typically ending around September 15th, subject to weather). The event uses an accumulator format where points are scored on each hole; if a hole is not won, points accumulate to the next hole. Extra points are awarded for birdies and for being nearest the pin (green contact only) on par holes. Players play from the regular tees, with men aged 70+ having the option to play from the red tees. The maximum handicap allowance is one stroke per hole, with no handicap strokes on par-3s. Entry is made via mingolf.se, with a deadline on Tuesday at 21:00 and the starting list published by Thursday evening. The entry fee is 10 SEK per round, plus an additional accumulator fee (approximately 40-50 SEK). The competition is open to all golfers.
