The Asahi Beer Cup is a half-competition held at Tanagura Country Club (Tanagura Densha Club) in Fukushima Prefecture. The event takes place on September 12 and features a half-competition format with the first 9 holes scored using the New Peria system (a stableford-type scoring method) with a W Par Cut. The entry fee is 10,600 yen, which includes lunch, the entry fee, and all taxes. Participants receive a complimentary service of 3 practice balls before their start time. During lunch, fresh beer is served complimentary, and alcoholic drinks are available at half price for the second round. Prizes are awarded for 1st through 5th place, 7th place, and flying prizes for 10th place and below, along with Best Ball (BB) and Best Modified (BM) prizes. Special prizes are also available.
