FINAL veckogolfen 2026

The final round of the Veckogolfen 2026 weekly competition series, held on Saturday 26 September 2026 at Jarlabanke Golfklubb. The competition runs for 21 Thursdays from 7 May 2026, with the final on 26 September. Players compete on the 9-hole Prästgården course using strokeplay with full handicap. The top 10 rounds from the 21 weekly rounds plus the final round determine the overall result. Points are awarded based on a fixed distribution: 1st place receives 22 points, 2nd 20 points, 3rd 18 points, 4th 16 points, 5th 15 points, 6th 14 points, and so on. If there are more than 19 participants, remaining players receive 1 point. A minimum of three starters is required for a round to be valid. Registration is via GIT (Golf Index System) preferably the day before or by 17:00 on the day of play. Entry fee is 100 SEK for weekly rounds and 100 SEK for the final, payable via Swish to Lars Melin (073-647 48 51) or Kjell Wallén (070-675 26 90). Scorecards are available at the clubhouse; players must fill in their score, mark the marker's result, sign the card, take a photo, and send it to Kjell Wallén or Lars Melin. An OK confirmation is sent in return. Rounds can be played at any time on Thursdays and must be completed so that the scorecard photo is received by 20:00. Players are encouraged to meet at 13:00 for a group start and tactics discussion. The event is open to all - ladies, men, and juniors. The clubhouse is open on Thursdays with sales available.
