The 20th Medaille de la Couharde competition in the 2026 Challenge de la Couharde series, held on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at Golf des Yvelines. This individual Stableford competition is open to both members of the AS Golf des Yvelines association and non-member golfers. Entry fees are 15€ for AS members and 20€ for non-members. Registration takes place at the club reception on the day of the event. This competition is part of the Challenge de la Couharde, an eclectic championship running from June to October 2026, where participants compete in multiple events and their best score on each hole across all events counts toward the final Brut Eclectic ranking. This particular event does not count for official handicap index (hors index). The final prize ceremony for the Challenge de la Couharde will take place on Saturday 19 December 2026.

Golf des Yvelines is situated within a wooded park of 90 hectares located 30 minutes from Paris near La Queue-Lez-Yvelines. The facility features two courses: Les Chênes, an 18-hole championship course, and Les Tilleuls, a 9-hole course. Both layouts are centered around the Château de la Couharde, a 16th-century castle that serves as the clubhouse. The courses are characterized by their wooded setting with century-old trees, providing a naturally challenging environment. The terrain takes advantage of the mature landscape, creating scenic and demanding play. The 18-hole course represents the primary championship layout, while the 9-hole course offers an accessible alternative. The facility emphasizes environmental stewardship, implementing water management practices, biodiversity preservation, and controlled use of phytosanitary products. Golf des Yvelines is working toward environmental certification standards. The venue accommodates both casual play and competitive events, supported by practice facilities, a pro shop, and on-site dining within the historic château setting. The courses welcome manual and electric trolleys for play.
