The Carlos Par 3 Championship is an individual stableford competition held at Hirtshals Golfklub on August 28, 2026. The event is open to all club members and visitors from other golf clubs holding an EGA handicap. Entry is via GolfBox online, with a tournament fee of DKK 100.00. Non-member guests must also pay the applicable greenfee. Registration closes at 20:00 three days before the tournament, and players must check in at least 10 minutes before their start time. Golf buggies are permitted for an additional fee of DKK 300 per round. General tournament conditions apply: a minimum of 8 participants is required to run the event, start lists are published 2 days before the tournament, and prize winners must be present at the prize-giving or prizes pass to the next place. Tie-breaks for stableford are decided by last 9 holes, last 6, last 3, last hole, or draw.

Hirtshals Golfklub is an 18-hole championship course designed by architect Erik Nielsen and opened in August 1992. Located in the Lilleheden Klitplantage (dune plantation) in northern Jutland, Denmark, the course spans 71 hectares and is partially integrated into the surrounding forest, creating scenic and challenging playing conditions. The course features 26 strategically placed bunkers that challenge all 18 holes. The greens are seeded with fescue and red bent grass, maintained to roll at approximately 8 feet and regularly rolled and vertically cut multiple times weekly to ensure consistent speed and surface quality. The course is recognized among regional golfers for maintaining some of the highest green standards in the area. The setting offers a natural, forested landscape with varied terrain characteristic of Danish dune plantation golf. The course caters to all skill levels and is complemented by a 9-hole pay-and-play course. Located near the E39 motorway and approximately 5 minutes from Hirtshals ferry terminals, the club combines an informal atmosphere with well-maintained facilities, presenting a comprehensive golfing experience in North Jutland.
