The Lansdowne Kenmare Friday Open is a weekly individual stableford competition held at Kenmare Golf Club. The series runs every Friday from May 8th to September 25th, 2026, with the top 3 qualifiers from each week advancing to the Grand Final. The event is open to both men and women with a valid golf handicap. Men play from the white tees (5700 yards) and ladies from the red tees. Players compete in 3-balls at 10-minute intervals, with an expected round time of approximately 3.5 hours. Buggies are available for booking. The competition offers excellent prizes each week for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Entry is via online booking through the visitor tee-time system. The visitor entry fee is €35.00 (members €10.00). Handicap limit: men 28 or less, ladies 36 or less. If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Normal dress code applies; spikes may be worn.
