The Lansdowne Kenmare Friday Open is a weekly individual stableford competition held at Kenmare Golf Club. The 2026 season runs every Friday from May 8th through to a Grand Final on September 25th. Each weekly competition allows the top 3 qualifiers to advance to the final. Players compete over 18 holes in a stableford format, with men playing from white tees and ladies from red tees. The event is open to both men and women with a valid golf handicap (men: 28 or less, ladies: 36 or less). Play is in 3-balls at 10-minute intervals, with an expected round time of approximately 3.5 hours. The course is 5,700 yards from the white tees, and buggies are available. Excellent weekly prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Entry is via the online booking system. Entry fees are €10.00 for members and €35.00 for visitors. Normal dress code applies, and spikes may be worn.
