The Lansdowne Kenmare Friday Open is a weekly individual stableford competition held at Kenmare Golf Club every Friday from May through September 2026, with a Grand Final on September 25th. The event is open to both men and women with a valid golf handicap (28 or less for men, 36 or less for ladies). Players compete individually over 18 holes in stableford format, with men playing from white tees and ladies from red. The competition runs in 3-balls at 10-minute intervals, with play expected to finish within 3.5 hours. Entry is available online through the club's booking system, with a visitor fee of €35.00 (members €10.00). Top 3 qualifiers advance each week to the Grand Final. Excellent prizes are awarded each week for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The course is a 5700-yard scenic course located in Kenmare town centre, County Kerry, with buggies available. Normal dress code applies and spikes may be worn.
