The Lansdowne Kenmare Friday Open is a weekly singles stableford competition held every Friday at Kenmare Golf Club from May through September, culminating in a Grand Final on September 25th. Each week, the top 3 qualifiers advance to the final. The competition is open to both men and women with a valid golf handicap. Men play from white tees and ladies from red tees. The course is 5700 yards from the white tees. Players compete in 3-balls at 10-minute intervals, with expected round times of approximately 3.5 hours. Entry is via online booking through the club's visitor booking system. Member entry fee is €10.00; visitor entry fee is €35.00. A valid handicap is required (28 or less for men, 36 or less for ladies, or equivalent standard). Normal dress code applies; spikes may be worn. Buggies are available to book.
