Gents Seniors 4BBB Open at Haydock Park Golf Club on Friday 4 September 2026. Pairs (four-ball better ball) competition played off Yellow Tees, scored under Stableford with 85% handicap allowance. Maximum Handicap Index 28. Open to men (seniors). All entrants must hold a valid Handicap Index and England Golf (CDH) membership number, and be an active member of an affiliated golf club. To be eligible to win a prize, players must have a fully developed Handicap Index (20 qualifying scores), including 3 competition qualifying scores on their WHS record in the preceding 12 months. Entry fee is £50.00 per pair. Online entry available; signup closes at 12:00 am on 04/09/2026. Prizes (subject to entry numbers): 1st Pair £240 vouchers, 2nd Pair £180 vouchers, 3rd Pair £100 vouchers, 4th Pair £60 vouchers.

Haydock Park Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course located in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, and is one of the oldest golf clubs in the UK, established in 1877. The course was designed by the renowned James Braid and is characterised by lush, tree-lined fairways across relatively flat parkland terrain. The course presents a stern but fair test suitable for golfers of all abilities. Its design features make it an engaging challenge, with the mature trees lining the fairways creating a distinctive aesthetic while adding strategic difficulty.
