The facility was developed on a former landfill site, transformed into a green space that serves the local community. The course is characterized by three lakes integrated throughout the layout, which enhance both the playing experience and environmental value. The terrain incorporates approximately 2,000 newly planted trees, creating a vibrant ecosystem. The landscape features rolling terrain with water hazards as defining elements, providing moderate to challenging conditions. Key environmental features include sustainable water management using recycled water from the Las Rejas treatment facility, advanced irrigation technology, solar panels for energy independence, and electric vehicle charging stations.
