Some holes are considered among the most difficult on the course. The signature hole is a fun par five where drives go over the road and down the hill in the fairway, with the second shot requiring all carry over water from a downhill, sidehill lie, while circling winds in the valley can affect play. Each hole has a cute inscription at the tee box. The course has been maintained as a community fixture in western Pennsylvania, hosting regular outings and events for golfers of various skill levels.
