Willow Hollow Golf Course ☆ Follow

Designed by Dr. Harvey Haupt, the Willow Hollow golf course opened in 1959. The 18-hole course features 5,810 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. Located at 619 Prison Rd, Leesport, Pennsylvania 19533, Berks County, the course is conveniently located one mile north of the Reading Regional Airport just off Route 183.

The course features three ponds and streams, with tee shots being an important part to a successful round, while players must contend with slick undulated greens that are well bunkered. The par 3 9th that has an elevated tee box and goes over a lake is the course's signature hole. The course is suitable for beginners at just over 5500 yards from the blues with limited forced carries, yet remains challenging with small greens.

The course was purchased in 1977 by the Jones family, making it the 5th location in their Distinct Golf family operation which originated in 1958 at Hidden Valley Golf Course in Pine Grove Schuylkill County.
