White Birch Golf Course was established in 1963 on a former dairy farm that was converted to a 27-hole facility by John and Ben Godshall. The 18-hole Championship Course features rolling hills, tree-lined fairways, and large greens, with the scenic setting adjacent to Tuscarora and Locust Lake State Parks. The course measures 5,109 yards with a par of 69. The Championship Course presents challenges through rolling terrain and strong north winds at certain times of year.
The 9-hole Executive Course, established in 1972, features tight tree-lined fairways and is designed for league play, walking rounds, and beginners. Both courses are available for tournament reservations. The facility is located in Barnesville, Pennsylvania, in Schuylkill County.
The clubhouse features a restaurant called "Not a Golfer" with seating for 100 people and views of the course. A picnic grove is available for post-play dining and prize distribution.
