Westchester Golf Course

Westchester Golf Course is a par-72 championship course located in Canal Winchester, Ohio, approximately 20 miles from Columbus. Designed by renowned architect Dr. Michael Hurdzan, ASGCA, the course opened in 1997 and features a course rating of 73.6 with a slope rating of 128 from the championship tees.

The layout stretches over 7,100 yards from the back tees and presents a challenging design incorporating six lakes and over 50 bunkers throughout the course. Six sets of tees accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The course features bent-grass construction on tees, fairways, and greens, maintaining high-quality playing surfaces year-round.

The facility includes a comprehensive practice area with a spectacular driving range and a 10,000 square-foot putting green for player preparation. The course design emphasizes water hazards as a primary strategic element, requiring thoughtful shot placement. Westchester maintains membership options and hosts golf outings and tournaments, serving as a established venue in the Columbus-area golf community since its inception.
