Waterview Golf Club was designed by David Graham in 2000 and is located less than 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas. The par 72 course features 15 acres of lakes and 1,500 trees representing 18 different species, developed on what was once pastureland into a lush, gently rolling layout. The professional tees play at 7,191 yards with a slope rating of 131, presenting a challenging test of golf.

Water comes into play on 10 different holes, with the signature hole being a demanding 235-yard par 3 requiring a shot over a lake that wraps around the left side of the green. The course features 419 Bermuda fairways and Tif-Eagle Bermuda greens. The course accommodates up to 144 golfers with five distinct sets of tees. The course is situated on 200 acres and offers extensive practice facilities and an on-site bar and grill.
