The course operates daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with seasonal variations for golf cart rental hours—until 6:00 PM in summer and 4:00 PM in winter, with carts requiring return 30 minutes before sunset.

Warrior Hills caters primarily to military personnel with tiered pricing based on rank and affiliation. The course offers a Pro Membership program providing unlimited greens access and priority tee times, as well as significantly discounted daily green fees for active-duty soldiers E1-E4 at just $1 for either 9 or 18 holes. The facility also hosts tournaments and special events throughout the year, including monthly bass tournaments and golf scrambles, supporting both recreational and competitive play.
