Twin Lakes Municipal Golf Course is a nine-hole public golf course located in Willcox, Arizona, at 1000 South Rex Allen Jr. Road. The course opened in 1976 and features approximately 3,000-3,250 yards of golf depending on tee selection. The course par is 36 for nine holes or can be played as 18 holes with a par of 72 or 73, depending on the tee setup. Three sets of tees accommodate golfers of all skill levels, with course ratings and slope ratings designed to provide appropriate challenge for both men and women.

The layout is characterized as relatively flat and straightforward, featuring some dogleg holes and water hazards that come into play on select holes. Wide-open fairways and scattered trees define the course's design. The course maintains an onsite driving range with practice tees. Twin Lakes is designed as a community recreational facility, open year-round and managed by the City of Willcox Parks and Recreation Department.

The course is notable for its accessible pricing and serves as the primary golfing venue for the Willcox area. It has hosted local tournaments, including the annual Butch Kelly Memorial Par 3 Golf Tournament. The facility operates with a concession stand and maintains a reputation for friendly, courteous staff and well-kept grounds, making it a popular destination for both local residents and visitors to southeastern Arizona.
