Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck is a private golf and country club in Colts Neck Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The facility opened in 2005 as Shadow Isle Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole course designed by former U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate, and was acquired by The Trump Organization in 2008. Following the acquisition, golf course architect Tom Fazio oversaw renovations and the club was rebranded under the Trump National name. The championship 18-hole, Par 72 course was designed to provide strategy, different angles of play and compelling shot options for players interested in testing their skills against classic design elements. The 18-hole course features 7,552 yards of golf from the longest tees, with a course rating of 74.9 and a slope rating of 139.
Located near the beautiful beaches of New Jersey and amidst stately homes and equestrian farms, the club offers a variety of golf, social and recreational opportunities in a magnificent and private country club setting. The course incorporates links-inspired design elements and is situated on a 300-acre property that formerly hosted Colts Neck Airport.
Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck has hosted several state and regional golf events. In 2009, the club hosted the New Jersey State Mid-Amateur Championship and served as a qualifying site for the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship. In subsequent years, it hosted the 2012 New Jersey PGA Senior Professional Championship and the 2014 NJPGA/NJSGA Senior Open Championship. In 2017, Colts Neck was selected to host the NJPGA's Lincoln Charity Clambake, the club's first time hosting a New Jersey Section major championship event.
