Trinity Forest Golf Club is a Coore & Crenshaw design located south of Highway 12 in the Trinity River watershed near Dallas. The course features a links-style layout on rolling meadows with tall native grasses, dramatic bunkering, and complex green formations reminiscent of great courses in the Northeast and Great Britain. Designed by renowned architects Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, the course emphasizes traditional, strategic golf. Built on a former 150-acre landfill site, Trinity Forest was created to attract prestigious golf championships to Dallas while providing members and guests with a premier golfing experience. The club has undertaken significant environmental restoration, including a 75-acre Blackland Prairie restoration project in partnership with Trinity River Audubon Center, addressing one of the country's most endangered ecosystems. The course was recognized with Golf Digest's 2018 Green Star Award. The clubhouse, designed by Mark Finlay Architects, reflects modern golf architecture with bold, fresh design elements.
