The course spans 950,000 square meters and was designed by Kyoryo Engineering. It opened on July 25, 1991, and is managed by Toto Sogo Jitaku Co., Ltd. The layout features moderate undulations and strategically placed bunkers that demand precise shot-making and course management. The course offers three sets of tees for each hole, accommodating regular, ladies, and back tee players. The regular tees stretch to a total length of 6,608 yards, with the front nine measuring 2,991 yards and the back nine 3,099 yards. The back tees extend the total length to 6,608 yards, while the ladies' tees reduce the total to 5,615 yards. The par distribution remains consistent across all tee boxes, with the front nine totaling 36 and the back nine 36. The club’s clubhouse, designed by Ito Kizaburo Architectural Research Institute and constructed by Masegumi, covers 2,442 square meters. The facility includes a practice range with 18 bays and a 200-yard distance, restricted to irons only. The course holds a professional course record of 65, set by Jun Takatou. Located approximately 15 minutes from the Ome Interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway, the course provides convenient access from central Tokyo while maintaining a secluded, natural setting.
