Hanno Park Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course located in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Designed by Kiyoshi Tomita and opened in July 1978, the course spans 1,056,000 square meters of rolling terrain. The layout is characterized by a strategic design that utilizes the natural topography, with holes separated by trees that are over 70 years old. This mature tree cover provides a distinct seasonal landscape for players throughout the year. The course features a mix of Bentgrass and Korai grass greens, allowing for varied playing conditions depending on the tee box selected. The total yardage varies significantly based on the tees, ranging from 5,168 yards for the forward ladies' Korai tees to 6,834 yards for the back men's tees. The men's back tees from the Bentgrass set measure 6,514 yards, with the front nine totaling 3,278 yards and the back nine 3,236 yards. The course holds a JGA Course Rating of 71.5 and a Slope Rating of 131 from the back Bentgrass tees. Strategic demands are present throughout the layout, with handicap strokes distributed to highlight the most challenging segments. The 13th hole, a par-3, serves as the stroke index 13, while the 15th hole, a par-4, is the stroke index 1. The back nine features a demanding 523-yard 18th hole, rated as the stroke index 10, and a 569-yard 10th hole, which is the stroke index 4. The course also includes a 527-yard 8th hole on the front nine, designated as the stroke index 3. Hanno Park Country Club is a member of the Japan Golf Association and the Kanto Golf Association. It maintains a sister course relationship with Musashi Matsuyama Country Club. The facility is currently undergoing renovation work on the 13th hole, specifically the construction of a new cart path diversion due to the aging of the bridge structure, with work scheduled to continue through June 2026.
