Tony Lema Golf Course is an 18-hole Scottish links-style course designed by John Harbottle, measuring 7,015 yards with a par of 71. Located at Monarch Bay Golf Club in San Leandro, California, the course sits on the shores of the San Francisco Bay at the San Leandro Marina, offering scenic bayfront views on every hole.

The layout navigates a natural setting with protected wetland areas, providing a distinctive challenge amid the course's exquisite design. The course is characterized by its links-style architecture and integration of the surrounding environment, making it a notable golf experience in the Bay Area. Monarch Bay Golf Club also features a companion 9-hole parkland-style course called the Marina Course, along with a recently renovated lighted two-tier driving range.

The facility offers post-round dining at the Tap-In Restaurant, which overlooks the 1st and 10th tees. The course accommodates tournaments and events, with full 18 or 9-hole options available for various occasions.
