Tinwald Goft Club

Tinwald Golf Club is an 18-hole course located in Tinwald, a suburb of Ashburton in Mid Canterbury, New Zealand. Built in 1967, the course sits on reserve land adjacent to Tinwald Domain, approximately 1 kilometre west of State Highway 1.

The layout is predominantly flat and easy walking, making it accessible for golfers of varying abilities. The course features tree-lined fairways with several waterways meandering throughout the property, creating numerous water hazards that challenge players. The relatively gentle terrain and straightforward design make it suitable for recreational play, though the water features add strategic interest.

The club is affiliated with Aorangi Golf and serves as one of two golf courses in the Ashburton township. Club house facilities include a bar and catering, available to members and visitors following rounds. The course hosts various competitions including men's and women's programmes, pennant matches, and twilight golf events, supporting an active membership community within the Mid Canterbury region.
