The Territory Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course spanning 7,110 yards, designed by renowned architect Randy Heckenkemper and established in 2003. The course features mature oaks and sumacs with holes nestled among rock outcroppings, a 100-foot natural elevation change, and picturesque Stagestand Creek meandering through the layout with artistic white sand bunkers surrounding the greens. The fairways utilize Tifsport Bermuda Grass while the greens, ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet, consist of A-1 and A-4 bent grass blends. The course is notable for its par-3 8th hole with a massive 10,000-square-foot green featuring challenging contouring. Located on the outskirts of Duncan in Stephens County, Oklahoma, the course sits within an expansive 640-acre residential property. The par fives include strong holes such as the 565-yard 2nd with a heavily sand and water-protected green, the 512-yard 7th leading to a raised green atop a ridge, and the 535-yard 15th featuring a green guarded by Stagestand Creek.
