The River Golf Club

The River Golf Club is located along the banks of the Savannah River in North Augusta, South Carolina, just across from downtown Augusta, Georgia. Opened in 1998, this private club was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Jim Fazio and earned recognition as a top five new course nationally by Golf Digest.

The course features a challenging yet fair layout with five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The design incorporates spectacular natural elements including numerous lakes, wetlands, and dramatic bunkers, complemented by Mini-Verde ultradwarf bermuda greens. The club maintains membership standards and requires proper attire including collared shirts and prohibits denim and cargo shorts on the course and driving range.
