The Players Club

The Players Club in Bristol features three distinctive golf courses designed for players of all abilities. The Codrington Course is a challenging modern-links design with USGA standard greens, numerous bunkers, and lakes, currently hosting Stage 1 of DP World Tour qualifying. The Stranahan Course, opened in 2010, offers a more golfer-friendly experience with unique contours and challenging greens, featuring par-3 opening and closing holes suitable for modest and skilled players alike. The Watergarden Course provides an 18-hole short game experience ranging from 50-120 yards, designed for practice and improvement, playable in approximately 90 minutes.

Located near Junction 18 of the M4 in Chipping Sodbury, the club sits in the South-West landscape and offers first-class practice facilities including a driving range and two indoor simulators with GC3 technology. The facility also includes 29 en-suite rooms, making it suitable for Stay & Play packages. Beyond golf, The Players Club accommodates weddings, conferences, fishing, and other events, establishing itself as a comprehensive leisure destination in the Bristol area.
