The Meadows of Six Mile Creek is a public golf course located in the Madison, Wisconsin area, positioned as a mid-market facility offering country club conditions at accessible pricing. Opened in 1997, the course was developed on former farmland as an amenity for the adjacent Sixmile Creek residential subdivision.

The course features bentgrass from tee to green with multiple tee settings accommodating various skill levels. It incorporates dual irrigation systems, with water management designed to reduce runoff and support sustainability. Approximately 25 acres of wetland mitigation work restored previously farmed wetlands bordering a tributary to Sixmile Creek, which flows to Lake Mendota, a priority watershed in Dane County.

The wetlands create natural hazards and wildlife habitat, with wildlife including sandhill cranes, egrets, and fox. The course is known for well-maintained greens and a challenging layout. The clubhouse design is modest and functional, with primary investment directed toward course quality rather than luxury amenities.

The facility has hosted the Eastern Women's Golf Association (EWGA) and supports active league play and tournament programming across multiple membership levels.
