Te Ārai Links features two championship links golf courses set in undulating coastal terrain. The South Course, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw and opened in October 2022, is ranked #79 on Golf Magazine's Top 100 Courses in the World (25/26) and #40 on Golf Digest's World's 100 Greatest Courses (2024). It showcases sixteen ocean-view holes with eight directly bordering the ocean, utilizing natural dunes and firm fescue turf to appeal to golfers of all levels.

The North Course, designed by Tom Doak and opened in October 2023, debuted at #98 on Golf Magazine's rankings and #36 on Golf Digest's list. It offers a different experience with more inland golf and distinctive green shapes compared to its sister course.

Both courses are characterized by Pacific Ocean views, crashing surf, and salt air. The facility includes The Playground, a two-acre putting green—the world's largest—plus a driving range, clubhouses, and short game practice areas. The courses attract golfers seeking championship-level links golf in a dramatic coastal setting.
