The Reynolds Course is an 18-hole championship course featuring 6,537 yards from the longest tees for a par of 72, with a course rating of 71.8 and slope rating of 135 on Bermuda grass. Nestled along the Yadkin River in North Carolina's Piedmont, the course is one of the premier public golf facilities in the U.S. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the first nine holes opened in 1965, while the second nine opened in 1970.
The Reynolds Course has been ranked as one of the top 75 public courses in the country by Golf Digest. The sloping fairways are lined with trees and there are several doglegs that demand draws and fades from the back tees. The signature 18th hole is a demanding 411-yard par 4 that provides a thrilling finish with its narrow fairway and elevated green. With elevation changes from tee to green on many holes, the course offers fun for golfers of all abilities.
