Tanglewood Golf Club

Tanglewood Golf Club is a championship course located in South Lyon, Michigan, opened in 1991 and designed by architect William Newcomb. The course features 27 holes of challenging golf with beautifully manicured greens and distinctive course architecture. Set in a picturesque landscape, the facility maintains a country club-like atmosphere while operating as a public course. The layout is known for its difficulty level, consistently ranking among Michigan's top public courses for many years. Tanglewood was voted "Best Golf Course" in Metro Detroit in both 2009 and 2010 by Channel 4 WDIV's "4 The Best" contest. The club offers comprehensive golf services including private lessons and clinics through the Lock Golf Academy, league play, and organized outings. The course also features a restaurant and banquet facilities for events and weddings.
