Swin Golf

Swin Golf at Rutherhof is an 11-hectare recreational golf facility located in Essen-Schuir in the Ruhr Valley region of Germany. The course features 18 fairways with a total length of 2,945 meters, designed to accommodate players of all skill levels. The rolling hillside landscape presents moderate challenges, requiring strategic play, skill, and endurance from players.

The facility combines Swin Golf, a golf variant suitable for ages 8 and up, withFootgolf, blending soccer and golf for players aged 5 and above. Both activities feature fairways of varying lengths and difficulty levels. The course operates seasonally, with extended hours during peak season from April through September.

Rutherhof is home to SGC Essen 2010 e.V., a multi-time German champion and European club champion club. The course emphasizes accessibility and family enjoyment, offering game instruction from staff before play. The natural setting provides scenic views across the Ruhr Valley, creating an experience described as a recreational escape.
