Sunrise Golf is a nine-hole short course located in Kisarazu, Chiba, Japan, designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels from beginners to advanced players. The course layout features a signature 335-yard middle hole and is characterized by moderate elevation changes and strategic separation by abundant trees. The terrain includes hazards such as ponds and bunkers, requiring players to navigate through wooded corridors and manage distance on elevated fairways. The course is structured with specific strategic challenges on each hole. The first hole presents a pond to the left, while the second is noted as a relatively straightforward opening. The third hole reintroduces water hazards, and the fourth requires careful distance management on an uphill shot flanked by trees that create a sense of confinement. The fifth hole marks the turnaround point, with the primary danger being a right-side bias. The sixth hole mirrors the wooded pressure of the fourth, with the green of the fifth hole visible to the left. The seventh hole is highlighted as the signature feature of the course, offering a driver-friendly par with a dogleg to the right. The final three holes test the player's focus, with the eighth being a straight shot and the ninth featuring a slightly elevated green that encourages players to aim slightly short of the pin. The course is open year-round, with extended hours and night lighting available during the summer months from April to October.
