Springfield Golf Club in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is an 18-hole, par 72 course designed by Clyde Johnston and opened in 2001. The 6,906-yard layout reflects the traditional design principles of golf's Golden Age of the 1920s. Situated on heavily wooded, hilly terrain just south of the North Carolina border near Charlotte, the course presents a challenging test for golfers of all skill levels.

Water features are prominent throughout the design, with four holes flanking Sugar Creek offering scenic views, and thirteen additional holes playing across or along perennial streams feeding into the Catawba River. The course underwent green improvements in 2010 with an upgrade to ultradwarf MiniVerde grasses.

The facility includes a comprehensive practice complex featuring an oversized putting green and driving range suitable for all distances. Springfield accommodates tournaments and golf outings of various sizes and offers instruction programs through Marc Lapointe Golf, including partnerships with The First Tee of Charlotte. The club provides multiple membership levels with no initiation fees.
