Snowmass Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Snowmass Village, Colorado, originally designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer when the club was built in 1980. The course underwent a significant links-style redesign by Jim Engh in recent years, transforming its layout and character. Set in the Roaring Fork Valley, the course features mountain scenery and terrain typical of Colorado high-elevation golf. The club was founded by Jim Light and Jim Chaffin with design inspiration drawn from a European hotel aesthetic combined with Colorado character. Beyond golf, Snowmass Club operates as a private four-season mountain resort community offering multiple amenities including pools, dining, and recreational facilities. The property has been renovated and reimagined through various ownership changes while maintaining its focus on member experience and community integration within the valley.
