Silvies Valley Ranch is located in Eastern Oregon's Silvies Valley near the town of Seneca, surrounded by millions of acres of rugged public land. The property features two reversible 18-hole championship courses, a 9-hole par 3 course, a challenging 7-hole par 4 course, and an 18-hole reversible putting course. The golf courses were designed by Washington-based Dan Hixson and took eight years to build, with thirty-six reversible holes that play to twenty-seven greens. The course direction is reversed every day to fashion a different layout which also has a new set of hole locations and tee box options.
The 18-hole Hankins Course features a high elevation around 5,000 feet with super-long drives, while the Craddock Course provides diverse terrain crossing over natural ridges and depressions on the northern side of Silvies Valley. The 9-hole Chief Egan Course is located on the banks of Paiute Creek with water on every hole. McVeigh's Gauntlet was named the "Best New Golf Experience in 2018" by Golf Magazine. The reversible Hankins and Craddock Courses are both ranked in Golfweek's top 50 in the USA.
The courses are home to Silvies' world famous goat caddies. The 150,000-acre working ranch is a luxury retreat offering world-class golf alongside activities such as horseback trail riding, hiking, shooting, and fishing.
