Shooters Family Golf Centre is an 18-hole executive course located at 2731 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The layout is situated along the Red River and is bordered by mature trees. The course was established in 1994 as a driving range and miniature golf facility, with the first nine holes opening in September 1998 and the second nine completing the course in 2000. It is designed to accommodate players of all skill levels, offering three sets of tees: blue, white, and red. The course plays to a par of 57. From the blue tees, the total yardage is 2,879 yards. The white tees measure 2,631 yards, while the red tees provide a shorter option at 2,076 yards. The design incorporates strategically placed water hazards and challenging greens that test the nerves of even the lowest handicappers. The layout includes a mix of short par-3s and longer par-4s, with the longest hole, the 17th, measuring 270 yards from the blue tees. The shortest hole is the 6th, a par-3 that measures just 84 yards from the blue tees. Specific hole distances from the blue tees include the 1st at 167 yards, the 2nd at 255 yards, and the 3rd at 165 yards. The back nine features the 10th at 140 yards, the 11th at 140 yards, and the 12th at 156 yards. The closing holes include the 16th at 150 yards, the 17th at 270 yards, and the 18th at 136 yards. The facility also includes a 100-stall driving range and a golf simulator available during the winter months. It hosts various tournaments and leagues, including men's and ladies' leagues, as well as survivor golf events. The course is open year-round, with the restaurant and pro shop operating throughout the season.
