Seneca Golf Course is an 18-hole public course located in Seneca Park, Louisville, Kentucky, that opened in 1934. The hilly layout winds through beautiful parkland terrain, featuring Beargrass Creek winding among numerous trees and zoysia fairways. Rated the sixth-toughest course in Kentucky, it has been voted "Best of Louisville" for several years running and is recognized as one of the best public golf courses in the city.

The course has significant historical importance, hosting numerous national events. Gary Player won his first American tournament here at the 1958 Derby City Open. Seneca is one of the most heavily-used courses in Louisville, accommodating numerous groups annually. The facility includes a chipping green and driving range, along with a well-run junior club program. The course presents a challenging test of golf skills and continues to attract golfers seeking quality public golf in the Louisville area.
