Saluda Valley Country Club is a semi-private country club located in Williamston, South Carolina. The club was established in 1963 by a group of local golfers who saw the need and had a vision for a golf course in Anderson County. The course was designed by golf architect Willie B. Lewis who turned 180 acres of farmland into 18 holes of rolling hills.
The 18-hole course features 6,484 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.8 and it has a slope rating of 119. The layout is user friendly for walkers and the over-seeded fairways create plush fairways year round. The course has 5 of the best Par 4's in Anderson SC (5,6,8,9,15). The course layout has a few doglegs and a few forced carries over water but nothing unreasonable.
Amenities include a driving range, swimming pool, members only lounge, full service bar and grill, and a fully stocked pro shop. The course operates year-round and welcomes golfers of all skill levels.
