Round Barn Golf Club

Round Barn Golf Club is a traditional 18-hole public golf course located in downtown Rochester, Indiana. The course plays to par 72 and caters to golfers of all skill levels, combining aesthetic appeal with challenging play. The back nine holes were developed on land previously used as a federal fish hatchery and feature several water hazards that increase the course's complexity. Notable holes include the opening hole, which presents a small lake on the left and Mill Creek on the right, creating an intimidating start. The strategic 17th hole offers players a choice between a conservative layup or a risk-reward shot over Mill Creek. The course provides a full-length driving range, practice greens, and a pitching area with bunkers for pre-round preparation. The facility operates as a public course managed by Rochester Parks and Recreation, offering regular play, tournaments, outings, and league opportunities throughout the season.
