Rolling Greens Golf Course

Rolling Greens Golf Course is an 18-hole public facility located in Mt. Sterling, Illinois, featuring a complete practice facility. The course was designed by Bill Phillips of Turf Solutions Group, a nationally recognized golf architect who has worked extensively with professional golfer Hale Irwin. The design combines a renovated original nine holes with an entirely new nine-hole layout.

The course is characterized by wooded holes and features full irrigation from tee to green. A notable design element includes views of Lake Mount Sterling throughout the layout. The finishing holes are highlighted as particularly challenging and exciting, with two of the strongest closing holes in the Central Illinois region.

Rolling Greens is positioned as a tournament and outing venue suitable for hosting competitive events. The facility operates daily from 7am until dark and offers both 18-hole and 9-hole play options with reasonable daily fee pricing. The course maintains a full-service clubhouse with a reception room available for rental, making it a comprehensive golfing destination in the region.
