The course features 2,316 yards from the longest tees with a par of 32, a course rating of 45.0, and a slope rating of 90. Designed by Tom Casteel, Howard Pillsbury, and Tom Byerly, the course opened in 1998 on bent grass greens.

A comprehensive practice facility is available to golfers, including a twenty-station driving range and a 6,000 square-foot practice green. The course is open to the public and accommodates outings and league play throughout the year, making it a practical option for recreational golfers in the Jacksonville area.
