Rochester Golf Course

Rochester Golf Club is located approximately 7 kilometres southwest of Rochester in Northern Victoria, established in 1910 and relocated to its current site in 1984. The club's location was chosen specifically for its sandy loam soils, which provide excellent drainage—a key consideration for course maintenance and playability.

The course features 18 holes in a sand scrape design, offering four different layouts to accommodate golfers of varying skill levels. This versatility allows the club to present an enjoyable challenge for both experienced and developing players. The multiple layout options enable the course to adjust difficulty and routing based on player preferences and competitive requirements.

The club operates year-round, with its winter season running from March to October, making it accessible to golfers throughout the calendar year. Rochester Golf Club welcomes both visitors and new members, maintaining an open approach to the golfing community in the region.
